What is Scannersky?
Scannersky is an attendance tracking and profile management platform specifically tailored for King's College of the Philippines (KCP). It is designed to maintain comprehensive student and staff records while seamlessly logging attendance across classes, services, and institutional activities.
Currently deployed at the KCP Ebenezer Convention Center, Scannersky utilizes campus RFID card scanners to record real-time attendance for major one-off events, recurring employee Divine Services, and student Christian Values Education (CVE) classes. The platform is continuously growing to deliver a complete suite of features for attendance tracking, ID management, and institutional recordkeeping.
Core Capabilities

- Flexible Attendance Tracking: Seamlessly record RFID tap-in scans at the KCP Ebenezer Convention Center for recurring Classes (including Christian Values Education / CVE classes and employee Divine Services) as well as single-occurrence Events (assemblies, seminars, and campus events).
- ID Card Issuance & Printing: Design campus ID templates, assign RFID credentials to individuals, print physical badges, and audit card issuance logs.
- Scanner & Device Monitoring: Monitor real-time status, locations, and heartbeat connection logs of campus RFID scanning nodes.
- Reporting & Access Security: Access detailed attendance records, configure role-based staff permissions, and track security audit logs across the platform.
