Overview & Description​
The Login Events module records every staff sign-in attempt across the ScannerSky portal. It tracks successful authentications, failed login attempts, originating IP addresses, and session timestamps for cybersecurity monitoring and institutional compliance.
Navigation Steps​
Navigate to Admin Sidebar > Authentication > Login Events.
Fields & Event Information​

| User | The username or staff account associated with the sign-in attempt. |
| Status | Indicates whether the authentication attempt was successful (Success) or failed (Failed). |
| IP Address | The originating network IP address of the client device. |
| User Agent | Browser and operating system details reported during login. |
| Timestamp | Exact date and time when the login event occurred. |

How to Inspect Security Audit Logs​
- Open the Login Events page.
- Filter by status (
Failed) to check for suspicious unauthorized access attempts. - Search by username to audit individual account login history.
Operations such as viewing or filtering security login events may be subject to user or group permission restrictions. Access to permissions can be coordinated with your administrators if needed.
