Overview & Description​
The User Activity module records an immutable audit trail of administrative data modifications across ScannerSky. It documents which staff member created, updated, or deleted specific records, providing transparency and accountability.
Navigation Steps​
Navigate to Admin Sidebar > Authentication > User Activity.
Fields & Activity Attributes​

| User | The staff member who performed the action. |
| Action | The operation performed (e.g., Add, Change, Delete). |
| Object / Target | The specific record modified (e.g., Class: Biology 101, Person: 2024-00123). |
| Timestamp | Date and time when the modification took place. |
| Change Details | Specific field value diffs and adjustments made during the edit. |
Operations​
How to Audit Data Changes​
- Open the User Activity page.
- Search by record title or staff username.
- Click any activity entry to view the exact changes and previous vs. updated field values.
Operations such as viewing or inspecting user activity audit logs may be subject to user or group permission restrictions. Access to permissions can be coordinated with your administrators if needed.
