Overview & Description

Events make it simple to track card scan attendance for special campus activities, orientation seminars, graduation rehearsals, and large-scale gatherings at venues like the KCP Ebenezer Convention Center.

Key Distinction: Events vs. Classes:

  • Events: Are one-time scheduled activities defined by a single specific start date-time and end date-time (e.g., Annual University Convocation on August 20 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM).
  • Classes: Are repeatable weekly schedules recurring on set weekdays (e.g., MWF 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM) throughout an entire academic semester.

Navigate to Admin Sidebar > Academics > Events.
