Manage degree programs, academic courses, and grade-level tracks across departments.

Overview & Description​

Programs represent academic curricula and degree offerings within a department (such as BS in Computer Science, BS in Nursing, or Grade 11 - STEM). In the Basic Education Department, programs correspond to specific grade levels.

Navigate to Admin Sidebar > Academics > Programs.

Fields & Program Information​

Field NameDescription
DepartmentThe parent college or administrative department owning this program.
Program NameThe complete official title of the degree or grade track (e.g., Bachelor of Science in Information Technology).
Program CodeThe abbreviated code used in student rosters and reports (e.g., BSIT, BSN, G11-STEM).

Operations​

How to Add a Program​

  1. Click the + button on the Programs page.
  2. Select the parent Department, and enter the Program Name and Program Code.
  3. Click Save.

How to Update a Program​

  1. Click the program name in the first column of the table.
  2. Edit fields and click Save.

How to Delete a Program​

  1. Open the program record.
  2. Click Delete in the top action bar and confirm.
Access & Permissions Notice

Operations such as viewing, adding, updating, and deleting academic program records may be subject to user or group permission restrictions. Access to permissions can be coordinated with your administrators if needed.
