Overview & Description​
ID Print Logs maintain a complete, immutable audit trail of every physical badge printing job. This helps registrars and campus security monitor card issuance volumes, identify which staff member printed a badge, and track reissuance reasons.
Navigation Steps​
Navigate to Admin Sidebar > Records > ID Print Logs.
Fields & Log Attributes​

| Person | The student or employee for whom the ID badge was printed. |
| Operator | The logged-in staff member or user who initiated the print job. |
| Template Used | The ID template layout and design selected for the badge. |
| Print Reason | Reason for printing (e.g., New Enrollment, Lost Card Replacement, Damaged Card Reissue). |
| Timestamp | Date and exact time when the print job was submitted. |

How to Review Print History​
- Open the ID Print Logs page.
- Filter by date range or search by student name to audit issuance records.
- Inspect the operator and template used for each badge.
Operations such as viewing or filtering ID print logs may be subject to user or group permission restrictions. Access to permissions can be coordinated with your administrators if needed.
