Feature Changelist Page
Clicking a feature in the left sidebar (e.g., Classes, Persons, Records, Devices) opens its Feature Changelist Page, which displays a searchable, filterable table of all records.

1. Top Navigation & Action Bar​
The top header bar keeps you oriented and provides primary record actions:
- Breadcrumbs: Shows your current location (e.g.,
Home > Academics > Classes). - Page Title: Identifies the active data module.
- Top Actions: Includes custom batch utilities and the primary
+button used to create new records.
2. Data Table & Row Navigation​
The central area displays the interactive data table:
First Column Link​
- Clicking the link in the first column (e.g., Class Title, School ID, or Person Name) opens the Changeform Page to inspect, update, or edit that individual record.
Row Actions (... Menu)​
- Located on the far right of each table row.
- Clicking the three dots
...reveals contextual operational tools (e.g., Start Scanning, Manage Students, View Attendances, or Print ID).

3. Search & Filtering Tools​
Find records quickly using keyboard shortcuts and multi-field filters:
Search Bar (/ Keyboard Shortcut)​
- Located above the data table.
- Press
/on your keyboard at any time to instantly focus the search field. - Type any keyword, student name, ID number, or subject title to filter records dynamically.
Right-Side Filters Panel​
- Positioned on the right side of the screen.
- Filter records by attributes such as
By Semester,By Department,By Area,By Instructor, orBy Card Status. - Click Apply Filters to update the list, or Show counts to see how many matching records exist in each category.

4. Bottom Footer & Pagination​
- Item Counts: Displays the range and total count of active records (e.g.,
1–20 of 142 items). - Page Navigation: Jump between pages to browse large datasets easily.
