Quick Start Guide
Welcome to Scannersky! This guide gets authorized KCP staff and operators up and running quickly with accessing the platform, signing in, and securing their user accounts.

1. Accessing the Platform​
- Open your web browser and navigate to the official KCP Scannersky portal at https://scan.kcp.edu.ph/.
- From the main landing page, click Open Admin Panel or navigate directly to https://scan.kcp.edu.ph/admin/login/.

2. Sign in / Signup​
Sign in​
- On the login screen, enter your assigned Username and initial Password.
- Click Log In to access the administrative dashboard.

Account Provisioning​
Self-registration is disabled for security reasons. New staff or operator accounts are provisioned centrally by platform administrators. Coordinate with the Technical and System Support Team (TSST) or Technology Innovation and Resources (TIR) office if you require new account credentials.
3. Change Password on First Login​
Mandatory Security Step
For institutional security, all users are required to change their temporary password immediately upon their first login.
How to Change Your Password:​
- Once logged in, click your account username or avatar in the lower left corner of the sidebar.
- Select Change Password from the dropdown menu.
- Enter your current temporary password in the Old Password field.
- Type your new strong password and confirm it in the provided fields.
- Click Change Password to save your update.
